Datacenter Main DC

We delivered 20 exhaust systems for the datacenter of Main DC in Offenbach, for our customer, Stiegele.

The diesel engines (2 MW emergency power generators) are equipped with a modern exhaust gas aftertreatment (SCR catalytic converters). The combined Nießing system is used here. The compact design of our silencer-SCR combination allows the required equipment to be accommodated in the container in a space-saving manner. The cleaned exhaust gases are discharged to the required emission level via appropriate steel chimneys.

Single- and double-flue steel chimney systems for discharging the exhaust gases from 12 diesel engines (2 MW emergency power generators). Special feature: in some cases, the 30 m high steel chimney systems were transported vertically to the installation site by means of a special vehicle and then installed.

Datacenter exhaust systems

Exhaust units for 14 diesel engines were supplied for the datacenter in Frankfurt. The 2 MW engines are used to provide emergency power supply for the datacenter.

The exhaust systems to be installed in the containers (silencer, SCR catalytic converter, pipework) were delivered to the construction site ready-insulated on a steel construction frame. This meant that the exhaust units could be installed on site with minimum assembly effort and the systems could be put into operation within a very short time.
